Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with CMMS/Maximo/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and prepare service contract estimates.
• Guide and manage Electrical Services Managers.
• Oversee contracts and projects for complexity.
• Review bid estimates for accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate terms and maintain profitability with clients.
• Coordinate with Rosendin Engineering for bids.
