Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Abilene, TX to lead multiple projects, guide a team of project managers and assistants, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery for electrical construction initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent client relationships on high-profile projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Experience in electrical construction project management is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a staff of project managers and assistants to meet schedule and budget.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain logs for project progress.
• Generate monthly costing reports and manage contract finances (billing, expenses).
• Coordinate with client, architects and subs to ensure project is built on time and within budget.
