Rosendin seeks an Electrical Services Manager 2 to lead management for small to mid-size service contracts and projects. You will oversee relationships with clients, prepare budgets, and guide staff through service calls, preventative maintenance, and subcontracts.

The role emphasizes profitability, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the Division Manager and Business Development to drive growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven project/service management experience.
• Ability to prepare budgets and cost estimates for service contracts.
• Experience managing 1- to 5-year service contracts with electrical/maintenance scope.
• Capable of assigning tasks to staff and coordinating resources.
• Understand client terms and rates to maintain profitability.
• Experience managing contract finances and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess needs.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for contracts or service calls.
• Manage service contracts and projects of low to mid complexity.
• Assign tasks to staff and monitor progress.
• Maintain profitable contracts through cost control and client liaison.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under leadership guidance.
• Schedule visits to sustain service accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Business Development on opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Keep project status knowledge up-to-date and promote win-win outcomes.
