Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years electrical service experience.
• 1+ year selling directly to homeowners.
• Electrical license or able to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong sales, customer service and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work evenings and rotational weekends.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Clean driving record.
• Able to climb into attics and crawl spaces.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols.
• Engage customers in conversations and educate them on improvements or repairs.
• Identify and present electrical products and service recommendations; close sales for upgrades and installations.
• Establish rapport and trust with customers with tailored solutions and clear advice.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales for scheduling and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high technical standards.
