Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a self-motivated electrician to join our growing team in Stillwater, OK. You will perform electrical installations, maintenance and inspections, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Must have 2+ years residential electrical experience and a valid driver’s license; generator experience is a plus. We offer uncapped pay potential with medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life coverage, 401(k) matching, paid holidays and PTO,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR & background check.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems.
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards or non-compliance.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and policies.
• Handle at least 50 lbs consistently.

What You Will Do

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs

Who You Are

• Hard-working, willing to learn
• Valid driver's license, able to pass MVR & background check
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• G reat communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Generator experience a plus but not required
