Job summary

WeCare A/C, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an Electrician with a positive attitude to join our growing team in Warner Robins, GA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing residential electrical systems, installing and maintaining electrical controls, and reading blueprints to ensure safe and compliant work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of electrical service experience, are able to follow codes, and communicate effectively with customers about issues and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical service experience preferred.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
• Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers
• Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
