Job summary

Mister Greenway in Memphis, TN is seeking a self-motivated electrician to join our growing electrical team. This in-person role offers hourly pay plus commission and clear opportunities for advancement.

You will install and maintain electrical systems per blueprints and codes, prioritize safety, and deliver exceptional customer service. A valid license and 2+ years of residential experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Hard-working and eager to learn.
Valid driver's license and able to pass MVR and background check.
2+ years of residential electrical experience.
Great communicator with a strong customer service focus.
Generator experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, electrical codes, and safety standards
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to PPE requirements.
Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs
