Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air in Stillwater, OK is seeking a self-motivated electrician for our residential electrical team. Earn $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year with hourly pay plus commission in a full-time, in-person role.

Responsibilities include performing electrical installations per blueprints and codes, conducting routine maintenance, inspecting systems for hazards, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential electrical experience and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations according to blueprints, codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain and repair electrical components and systems.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or non-compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical codes and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage. Promote a culture of safety among team members and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs.

What you will do:
