Job summary

ERMCO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Project Manager to lead customer-focused electrical service, maintenance, repair, and small-capital projects across our Indiana service territory.

You will be the primary contact for end-user clients, developing solutions from concept through completion while maintaining profitability. Responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, coordinating technicians, and delivering safe, reliable electrical systems with strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction, service, or industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution.
• Experience estimating electrical work and developing customer proposals.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and profitability tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and end-user clients.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and internal resources for execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Maintain financial responsibility including budgets, forecasting, billing, and collections.
