Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ management experience in a service industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or its equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control all phases of the Electrical service operations.
• Evaluate and schedule service work to maximize profits and efficiency.
• Bid on and maintain service agreements.
• Meet goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with office staff.
• Train and develop the team to meet KPIs.
• Participate in budget planning and meetings.
• Ensure accurate billing of parts and materials.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
