Job summary

The Sack Company is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead service operations from our Charlotte, NC base, with responsibilities spanning Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC. You will supervise service technicians, foremen, and support staff, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable project execution.

Travel between markets is required to provide field leadership and ensure consistency in service delivery.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience supervising construction multimillion-dollar projects.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of directing teams.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily electrical service operations in Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC.
Travel between service locations to provide oversight and leadership.
Manage preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary contact.
Monitor productivity, progress, and profitability of service projects.
Ensure work complies with codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of service personnel.
Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
