Job summary

The Sack Company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead and oversee electrical service operations, including maintenance programs, service calls, troubleshooting, and customer support, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

You will manage service technicians, foremen, and apprentices, coordinate with clients and vendors, review proposals and work orders, and drive growth through strong customer relationships and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Master Electrician certification preferred.
• Five or more years experience supervising construction multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated history of successful leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the electrical service team while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
• Ensure service operations are completed safely, efficiently, and within company expectations.
• Maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships while supporting long term partnerships.
• Monitor service department financial performance, including labor productivity, profitability, and forecasting.
• Support technician development through mentorship, training, and performance management.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all service operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, operational improvements, and service growth opportunities.
• Assist with manpower planning and workforce development to support current and future operational needs.
• Maintain high standards of communication, organization, and professionalism throughout all service operations.
