Bradham Comfort Services seeks a motivated leader to build and guide our electrical team in Charlotte, NC. You will supervise electricians and apprentices, enforce safety and code compliance, and oversee budgeting and procurement to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising electricians and field teams.
• Strong electrical background with hands-on field experience.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling job costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop electricians and apprentices.
• Enforce safety policies and NEC/OSHA compliance.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the department.
• Review and approve purchase orders and materials.
• Provide rapid response and leadership for job-site issues.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Manage scheduling, manpower, and workflow efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and drive department growth and process improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise, coach, and develop electricians and apprentices
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with electrical codes and OSHA standards
• Oversee departmental budgeting and financial performance
• Review and approve purchase orders and material expenditures
• Provide rapid response and leadership support for job site issues
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
• Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate and participate in ongoing generator trainingHandle escalated customer concerns and deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, and productivity
• Partner with leadership to drive department growth and process improvement

• Electrical License (preferred)

• 10 years of electric experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
