Job summary

Bradham Comfort Services Inc. seeks a seasoned electrical team lead to supervise electricians and apprentices, enforce NEC safety standards, and drive project budgets and timelines.

You will oversee purchasing, scheduling, and field operations, ensuring high-quality results while delivering strong customer service and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with hands-on field experience.
• Proven leadership experience supervising electricians and field teams.
• Electrical License (preferred).
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling job costs.
• 10 years of electric experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop electricians and apprentices.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with electrical codes and OSHA standards.
• Oversee departmental budgeting and financial performance.
• Review and approve purchase orders and material expenditures.
• Provide rapid response and leadership support for job site issues.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards.
• Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate and participate in ongoing generator training; handle escalated customer concerns and deliver service.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, and productivity.
• Partner with leadership to drive department growth and process improvement.
