Cummings Electrical is seeking a Service Technician Foreman for our Texas operations. The role requires coordinating field tasks, managing materials and crew, and ensuring work is completed to specifications for industrial and commercial projects.

The candidate should hold a TX electrical journeyman license, have 4+ years of field experience, and possess a valid driver’s license. Travel may be required in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Formación

• Electrical journeyman license required in Texas.
• Minimum 4 years of documented field work in industrial/commercial environments or completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record required.
• Knowledge of safety and traffic laws in Texas.
• Strong understanding of the electrical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and coordinate work ahead of time.
• Ensure materials, tools, and information are on site or in the service van prior to tasks.
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly.
• Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, and managers to meet scope and budget.
• Develop partnerships with clients and maintain professional service.
• Troubleshoot and optimize installations for efficiency.
• Lead teamwork and maintain a neat, process-oriented workflow.
• Manage time and materials to ensure quality installations.
• Communicate issues or areas for improvement clearly.
• Maintain and manage all tools; prevent misuse or loss.
• Provide accurate estimates for time and material needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete projects within scope and budget.
