CEC Companies is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead electrical construction crews on projects. You will supervise field trades and coordinate with other contractors to ensure on-time, quality completion.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician License (TX or reciprocal), 6+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 15% may be required; safety and compliance are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License (TX or reciprocal state) required.
• 6+ years' commercial/industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Must follow safety protocols and codes.

Mansioni

• Supervise field trades on electrical construction crews or projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and trades on site for smooth workflow.
• Plan materials, tools, equipment, and manpower, and align with Project Manager.
• Direct installation of electrical feeders, motors, pumps, switchgear, relays, and panels.
• Maintain safety, training, and incident reporting; ensure compliance with safety processes.
