You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate scheduling and resources, prepare quotes, and support business development efforts in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in electrical service or construction account/project management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating tools; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts for electrical service calls, repairs, and special projects.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for timely execution.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors for labor and materials.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for service work and project scopes.
• Conduct site visits to scope work and confirm progress.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new work.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and client communications.
• Support sales and marketing by identifying leads and client outreach.
