Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction seeks an Electrical Senior Design Engineer to join the growing MEP team in Raleigh, NC. You’ll design power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities within a full AE/AEC firm.

With 3–5 years of consulting engineering experience, you will collaborate across disciplines, ensure code compliance, and contribute to cost estimates and specifications. Hybrid schedule in a 100% ESOP environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of successful project experience in an A/E, A/E/C, or consulting engineering firm.
• Understanding of other building systems disciplines and cross-discipline coordination.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and general building codes.
• Experience working with teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Revit; working knowledge of LightStanza.

Responsabilidades

• Understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Produce design and detailing of electrical systems.
• Develop construction and equipment installation documents.
• Perform analysis and design calculations.
• Coordinate with project team and other disciplines.
• Conduct field surveys and prepare reports.
• Assist in cost estimates for construction and equipment.
• Assist in preparing project specifications.
• Review shop drawings for contract compliance.
