Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp in Houston, TX seeks an Electrical Safety Trainer to develop and implement all essential safety training programs, with emphasis on electrical safety. Reports to Sr. Safety Compliance Manager and travels up to 60%.

Hybrid work schedule; standard hours 8–5 or 9–6, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime. This permanent full-time role offers opportunity to strengthen NFPA 70E-based curricula and support company-wide safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of safety training programs, including curriculums, syllabus, evaluation criteria, training satisfaction surveys and other training initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) Program, including training pathways, competency validation, and periodic requalification in accordance with NFPA 70E.
• Lead development and delivery of electrical safety training.
