Qualifications

• 5+ years in Construction or Industrial Safety
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Journeyman/Master Electrician licensing is preferred
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Safety certifications (CSP/ASP/CHST) a plus
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety software
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Travel required to regional job sites and Michigan HQ

Responsibilities

• Educate employees on FZ's best-in-class safety culture and standards
• Build, maintain and improve safety programs, policies, processes and practices
• Collaborate with project leaders, field leaders, and workers to ensure standards are followed
• Provide 24x7 on-call safety support and travel to sites as needed
