Job summary

Adams Electric Company seeks an Energy Marshal / LOTO Superintendent to lead hazardous energy control for large-scale data center construction. You will act as the on-site authority for LOTO, implement energy isolation and energization plans, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E across all project phases.

The role requires extensive electrical construction/commissioning experience, strong leadership, and a track record in mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction, commissioning or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO procedures and energy control programs.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and switching procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary LOTO authority on site and enforce procedures.
• Develop and approve energy isolation procedures for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Verify isolation points and zero-energy states before work begins.
• Maintain LOTO logs, permits and compliance records.
• Coordinate energization and commissioning activities with teams.
• Develop switching procedures for MV/LV systems and support turnover.
• Enforce NFPA 70E requirements and safety programs on site.
• Lead toolbox talks and LOTO training for contractors.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
