• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and project records.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Work with field leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Support project teams with safety planning and regulatory compliance.

Safety Coordinator – Commercial Electrical Construction

Employment Type: Full-Time (Local Position)
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Safety Coordinator to join a growing electrical contractor supporting large-scale commercial construction projects in the Baltimore, MD area. This is a full-time, local position and is intended for candidates who already reside in or near the Baltimore area. No per diem or travel assistance is offered, as this is not a traveling role.

This opportunity is ideal for a safety professional with 1-3 years of construction safety experience who is passionate about promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

The Safety Coordinator will work closely with project management and field personnel to help maintain a safe work environment through inspections, training, documentation, and ongoing safety support.
