Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Valdosta, GA seeks an Assistant Electrical Reliability Superintendent to coordinate mill reliability programs and guide electrical maintenance efforts. You will define and implement electrical reliability initiatives, oversee outages, manage equipment PMs, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve safety and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years' experience in Electrical maintenance.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and completion of mill reliability programs.
• Develop electrical maintenance programs from conception to final implementation.
• Support outages and capital project planning and execution.
• Manage area equipment PM and maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering personnel to ensure safety and reliability.
