Job summary

Transmission & Distribution World is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer in Cantonment, FL to enhance reliability, availability, and maintainability of electrical assets at the Pensacola Mill. You will provide technical leadership to maintenance and project teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and cost-effective asset management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in reliability engineering and industrial electrical systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
Analyze failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop asset strategies for motors, drives, and power systems.
Support maintenance and capital projects through troubleshooting and specs.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
