Job summary

Sonepar Canada, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Quotation and Solutions Specialist to manage quotes, analyze schematics, and translate drawings into bill of materials for commercial and industrial projects.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to support customers, coordinate with purchasing for on-time delivery, and ensure accurate SAP data while promoting the company’s value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3–4+ years of experience with commercial and/or industrial switchgear products.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Knowledge of commercial electrical suppliers, product lines, pricing strategies, and local markets.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming quotes and bids for customers with accurate, competitive quotations and technical expertise.
Analyze technical schematics and suggest compatible product solutions.
Produce a bill of materials from drawings, specifications, or notes.
Provide technical support to customers and team members.
Coordinate with purchasing to ensure product availability per contract specs and demand-driven inventory.
