Job summary

DSG Supply is seeking an Electrical Quotations Specialist to develop quotations for residential and commercial electrical projects across Bismarck, Dickinson, Williston, or Minot, ND. This full-time, salaried role typically follows a 7 am–5 pm schedule, Monday–Friday, with occasional shifts to meet business needs.

You will engage with customers and vendors to prepare accurate quotations and manage project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication by phone, email, and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Review bid reports and solicit feedback to identify quotation opportunities.
• Develop material quantity estimates and provide timely price quotations.
• Takeoff from project plans and specs to prepare quotes.
• Verify product availability and source substitutes as needed.
• Negotiate terms with vendors to optimize pricing.
• Follow up with sales and customers to secure projects.
• Prepare submittals and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Write orders, confirm delivery dates, and release for project needs.
• Maintain organized quotation records and provide technical support.
