Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing, production, or military experience OR a technical degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within the 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Inspect switchboard products and verify function per procedures.
• Perform Hi-Pot, continuity, and component tests as required.
• Verify wiring, torqued connections, and mechanical fit.
• Document non-conformances and update test reports and paperwork.
• Assist training of production associates and support continuous improvement.
