Job summary

Eaton in El Paso, TX is seeking a Quality Electrical Tester for the 2nd shift to inspect and test low voltage assemblies, verify function per test scripts, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am with an hourly rate of $23.00 plus $1.00 shift diff. You will program controllers, conduct electrical tests, read schematics, document inspections, and uphold customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience performing electrical testing (troubleshooting, circuits, testing electronics).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered. Only candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX facility will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and electrically test low voltage products per inspection work instructions and test scripts.
• Perform final and in-process inspections across multiple product lines.
• Program controllers and conduct electrical testing of low voltage assemblies.
• Work with customer functional test scripts.
• Experience with primary and secondary injection tests.
• Read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Verify switches, circuit breakers, torques, and insulation per procedures.
