Job summary

The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), managed by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, seeks an Electrical Engineer II to perform routine to moderately complex engineering tasks on assigned projects. Responsibilities include design support, test procedure development, and process improvement, with travel up to 15% and potential DOE clearance requirements. On-site in Albuquerque, NM.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and mathematical computations applied to engineering tasks.
• Ability to document results and maintain clear technical records.
• Proficiency with common engineering software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and project management of new and current projects under technical guidance.
• Prepare definitions, drawings, specs, procedures and test equipment designs.
• Design product and acceptance equipment; designate tooling and lab equipment.
• Develop test procedures and perform engineering evaluation tests and quality audits.
• Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify and correct issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve moderately complex issues and drive improvements.
