M.C. Dean in Virginia is seeking an Electrical QC Supervisor to lead day-to-day quality control on complex projects.

You will supervise QC inspectors, drive the 3-Phase QC process, review design documents for constructability, and coordinate with PM, GC, and owners to ensure contract compliance. Based at our Bowling Green area campus north of Richmond, this role demands 8+ years in electrical construction, a strong safety mindset, and a track record of continuous improvement in quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction on relevant contracts.
• Extensive USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase QC system experience on military bases.
• Journeyman Electrician license (preferred) and apprenticeship program graduate.
• Ability to pass basic background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project quality control activities.
• Supervise QC Inspectors and coach performance.
• Implement 3-Phase QC process across Definable Features.
• Review documents for constructability and contract compliance.
• Maintain project-specific quality plans and checklists.
• Oversee field inspections, document deficiencies, and drive closures.
• Interface with PM, Construction, GC, Owners, and inspectors.
• Attend project and safety meetings to address risks.
• Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate quality documentation and reporting.
