Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical QC Supervisor in Bowling Green, OH to lead day-to-day quality control on electrical construction projects. You will supervise QC Inspectors, ensure contract compliance, and drive the 3-Phase QC process across Definable Features of Work.

The role requires 8+ years of electrical/construction experience, knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC QC systems, and a background check. A Journeyman license and completion of an apprenticeship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years electrical or related construction experience on projects similar to the relevant contract.
• Extensive knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System on military bases or government contracts.
• Journeyman's Electrical License preferred and graduate from a certified Apprenticeship Program preferred.
• Must pass basic background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project quality control activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards.
• Supervise and prioritize work for Quality Control Inspectors; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Direct implementation of the 3-Phase Quality Control process across all Definable Features of Work.
• Review design and construction documents for constructability, quality risks, and contract compliance; escalate issues.
• Establish and maintain project-specific quality plans, inspection procedures, and installation checklists.
• Oversee field inspections and verification activities; document and correct deficiencies.
