Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical QC Supervisor to lead day-to-day quality control on assigned projects in the United States. You will supervise QC personnel, ensure contract compliance, and drive the 3-Phase QC process across Definable Features of Work.

You will review documents for constructability, manage inspections, and coordinate with project leadership, GC, and Owners to resolve issues and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a minimum of 8+ years electrical construction experience on similar contracts.
• Extensive knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System on military bases and gov't contracts.
• Journeyman's Electrical License preferred; certified Apprenticeship Program graduate preferred.
• Must pass a basic background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project quality control activities.
• Supervise QC Inspectors and provide coaching and direction.
• Implement the 3-Phase Quality Control process across Definable Features of Work.
• Review design/construction docs for constructability and contract compliance; escalate issues as needed.
• Create and maintain project quality plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
• Oversee field inspections, document deficiencies, and ensure corrective action.
• Close out quality and commissioning punch-list items.
• Act as primary quality interface with PM, Construction, Commissioning, GC, Owner, inspectors.
