M.C. Dean, a Tysons, VA-based engineering leader, seeks a Quality Control Inspector to ensure field installations meet contract specifications and safety policies. You will perform inspections, read drawings, document outcomes, and support durable, reliable systems across projects.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in a technical discipline, 4+ years in electrical work, and the ability to obtain a Journeyman License within 6 months. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Associates Degree in technical discipline; may be substituted for quality-related experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in the electrical industry.
• Ability to obtain a state Journeyman License within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with drawings, BIM models, NEC codes, and applicable standards.
• Experience with receiving, production, shipping and quality processes.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections to ensure project specifications and conformance.
• Read blueprints and specifications to verify workmanship.
• Document approval or rejection of inspected materials and components.
• Operate inspection equipment and software to collect data.
• Prepare daily QC reports and share data with the project team.
• Participate in ORM meetings and quality risk management.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure shifts are covered.
