The role supports QA processes, documents test data, and works with project teams to uphold standards across electrical and mechanical assemblies. The inspector will read blueprints, monitor operations, and identify non-conformances while collaborating with supervisors to maintain quality and

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in Technical Discipline or equivalent quality-related experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in construction, estimation, and/or quality control activities.
• Experience with receiving, production, shipping and quality processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety policies.
• Read blueprints and specifications and monitor operations against requirements.
• Identify non-conformances and report inspection data.
• Document approval or rejection of inspected material and components.
• Coordinate with foreman and QA Manager on quality issues.
• Participate in ORM meetings and continuous improvement discussions.
