Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Integration QC Inspector to verify the quality and completeness of electrical installation and integration across e-houses, switchgear, PDUs, and control panels at our West Houston facility.

The role emphasizes in-process and final inspections, documentation, and adherence to customer specs and industry standards. You will collaborate with Electrical Production, Engineering, Testing, and QA to identify and correct discrepancies, perform supervised

Qualifications

Experience in electrical quality inspection, electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing.
Familiarity with NEC/UL standards and NETA testing requirements.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
Ability to complete quality records accurately and communicate discrepancies clearly.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, BOMs, and specifications; ensure materials are correct and nonconformances are dispositioned before work.
Inspect installation of switchgear, PDUs, transformers, relays, and control panels for correct parts and mounting.
Inspect wire routing, protection, labeling, and terminations against diagrams and schedules.
Verify grounding, bonding, conductor sizes, torque documentation, and testing results.
Document NCRs with references, photos, and measurements; ensure corrective actions are completed.
