Zusammenfassung

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an E-House Assembly Quality Control Inspector at our West Houston, TX facility.

You will verify modular electrical buildings and enclosures against drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements, performing in-process and final inspections of panels, doors, seals, and weatherproofing to ensure conformity before transfer to the next production stage. Responsibilities include verifying base dimensions, fasteners, and equipment mounts, documenting discrepancies, and

Qualifikationen

Experience in manufacturing quality inspection or industrial assembly.
Experience inspecting e-houses, modular electrical buildings, or similar assemblies.
Familiarity with water-ingress testing and NCRs/punch lists.
Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and installation instructions.
Proficient with inspection tools like tape measures, squares, and levels.

Aufgaben

Place work on hold when documented requirements are not met.
Perform in-process and final inspections per drawings and BOMs.
Document inspection results with measurements, photos, and notes.
Verify installation, weatherproofing, and sealing per specs.
Coordinate with QC and production to disposition nonconformances.
