Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an E-House Assembly Quality Control Inspector to verify modular electrical buildings meet approved drawings, BOMs, and customer specs.

This role collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Paint QC to catch defects early and ensure quality documentation. You will perform in-process and final inspections of panels, doors, seals, weatherproofing, and mounting hardware, and you will document results, maintain traceability, and help drive continuous

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection.
• Experience inspecting e-houses, modular electrical buildings, or similar assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and installation instructions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and NCR/punch list processes.
• Proficiency with digital inspection forms and document control systems.

Mansioni

• Verify assemblies meet approved drawings and BOMs.
• Inspect wall panels, doors, seals, and weatherproofing for proper fit and finish.
• Identify missing/damaged components and discrepancies before installation.
• Record inspection results and maintain traceability of reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering for disposition of nonconformances.
