Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead onsite quality systems across our project teams. You will develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, review drawings, and coordinate with field leadership to ensure electrical installations meet contract and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in electrical construction QA/QC on large-scale commercial or industrial projects, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to drive deficiencies to resolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical QA/QC on large projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical standards.
• Experience managing QA/QC programs and documentation.
• Ability to read drawings and shop drawings.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QA/QC processes across project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans and inspection protocols.
• Review drawings and submittals for compliance.
• Conduct site audits and quality walks.
• Coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Manage QA/QC documentation and punch lists.
• Support project turnover and closeout.
