Job summary

Rogers Electric in Dallas seeks an Electrical QA/QC Manager to oversee onsite QA/QC processes across all phases of electrical construction projects. You will develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, review drawings and submittals, and coordinate with General Contractors and field teams to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

You will lead documentation, inspections, punch lists, and testing, driving timely deficiency resolution while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical construction QA/QC on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical installation standards.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing project-specific QA/QC programs.
• Experience managing inspections, testing, punch lists, deficiency tracking, and project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all onsite QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, inspection protocols, and documentation.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs to ensure electrical installations meet requirements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality walks per codes and standards.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and deficiency resolution with project stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation and records are complete and accurate.
