Job summary

Rogers Electric is looking for an Electrical Quality Control Foreman to oversee onsite quality control processes and ensure compliance with project requirements. Qualifications

Job description

We are currently looking for an Electrical Quality Control Foreman to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all onsite quality control processes
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Evaluate and approve technical documents, including shop drawings, material test reports, and inspection reports, for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Track and verify all delivered equipment, ensuring it matches approved documentation, and report any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate all testing and inspections, including pre-test walk-downs, while working with the GC and GC’s quality manager.
  • Perform routine site audits and inspections to ensure quality installations, code compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Attend safety training and comply with all company and site safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
  • Hands‑on experience as an Electrical Foreman with experience working with Quality Control teams during the punch list or turnover phase.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with GCs, project managers, foremen, and company leadership.
  • Familiarity with construction software.
  • Experience with construction project management tools (Procore preferred, but not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Solid technical knowledge of electrical installations.
