Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical QAQC Engineer to join our team. This role will oversee onsite quality control, review drawings, specifications, and RFIs, and ensure compliance with project requirements across commercial and industrial electrical work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QA/QC experience, strong communication with GCs and project teams, proficiency with construction software (Procore preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
Hands-on QA/QC experience in electrical projects.
Ability to travel and work nights/weekends.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong communication with GCs and project teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee onsite quality control processes.
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for compliance.
Evaluate and approve technical documents and reports.
Track and verify delivered equipment and documentation.
Coordinate testing and inspections with GC and quality manager.
Perform routine site audits and inspections for safety and quality.
Attend safety training and comply with safety policies.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
