Cindavi in Tuscaloosa, Alabama seeks a QA/QC Electrical Technician to be the go-to electrical quality expert on a modular manufacturing site. This role suits experienced electricians, leads, or foremen aiming to reduce travel while applying field knowledge to prevent issues before shipment.

You will spend ~75% on the shop floor and ~25% on drawings and quality records. Strong diagram literacy, NEC knowledge, and collaborative communication with engineers, operations, and crews are essential to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Two+ years in lead/foreman/commissioning/oversight
• Strong ability to read schematics, diagrams and panel schedules
• Working knowledge of NEC and electrical standards
• Ability to witness and document testing accurately
• Clear communication and collaboration on the shop floor
• No degree required, QA/QC title not required

Responsibilities

• Own final electrical quality verification for modular products before shipment or release
• Inspect conduit, terminations, grounding, bonding, labeling, panel assemblies
• Validate work against diagrams, schematics, BOMs, submittals and project specs
• Witness testing, ensure correct completion, document results
• Identify nonconformances, hold work when requirements aren’t met
• Coordinate with electricians, engineering, operations and quality teams
• Maintain complete, traceable inspection records and turnover packages
