Job summary

Epsilon-Industries- seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning of modular systems and control panels at our Tuscaloosa, Alabama site. You will supervise technicians, coordinate labor, materials, safety, and production to meet schedules and budgets, while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical apprenticeship, technical training, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial, manufacturing, controls, or modular-construction electrical experience required.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA requirements.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with testing equipment and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work of Electrical Technicians, Panel Builders, PLC and Instrumentation Technicians.
• Allocate labor and establish priorities based on schedules and material availability.
• Monitor fabrication, wiring, testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Track labor hours and project progress against budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, PM, Safety, and Supply Chain.
• Lead safety meetings and employee training; ensure safe work practices.
