Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Auburn, Alabama, is seeking a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center. You will lead QA/QC plans, coordinate CX activities, and oversee L1–L3 inspections with the Project Team.

You will also train staff, manage deliverables, and ensure installations meet specifications. Data Center experience is preferred; electrical field experience is a plus. Requirements include 5–10 years in electrical construction, at least 4 years in QA/QC, HS Diploma/GED, and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' electrical construction experience required.
• Minimum 4 years in QA/QC or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficient with industry-standard QA/QC/CX software.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Data Center experience preferred; electrical field exposure optional.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project QA/QC plans with the project team.
• Manage L1–L3 QA/QC, testing, and CX coordination deliverables.
• Coordinate quality reviews and on-site inspections of equipment.
• Train and evaluate QA/QC staff; ensure installations meet specs.
• Report QA/QC activity through project software and communications.
