Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to ensure electrical installations meet safety standards and project requirements.

You will work with engineers, contractors, and procurement to address quality concerns and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have hands-on QA experience in electrical utilities, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams on-site to ensure milestones and budgets are met while

Qualifications

• Experience with QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
• Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Collaboration is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality control processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
• Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures.
• Serves as main contact point for all field and subcontractors.
• Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as needed.
• Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation.
• Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction.
