Job summary

Rogers, the leading self-performing electrical contractor in the U.S., seeks an Electrical QA/QC Manager to oversee on-site quality across projects. You will lead QA/QC programs, review drawings, and ensure compliance with NEC and project specs.

You will mentor field teams, coordinate testing, audits, and punch lists, and drive corrective actions to schedule. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical construction QA/QC on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical installation standards.
• Ability to read drawings, shop drawings, specifications and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project QA/QC plans and inspection protocols.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure electrical installations meet requirements.
• Conduct routine site audits and quality walks.
• Document non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage QA/QC documentation and deficiency logs.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with stakeholders.
• Support project turnover with complete QA/QC documentation.
