Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide general management for electrical construction projects under a Project or Group Manager. You will oversee staff, coordinate resources, and help ensure safety and profitability across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with travel of 15–20%. Some supervisory exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction or project management.
• Experience with electrical construction projects and understanding of electrical components and applications preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience highly desirable.
• Travel approx. 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials by contacting vendors for construction projects.
• Participate in bi-annual performance evaluations; assist with merit increases.
• Maintain positive employee relations.
• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.
• Ensure projects are profitable, on time, and meet customer expectations.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales).
• Process miscellaneous paperwork.
• Review outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visit job sites and coordinate with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to track progress and promote safety.
