You will collaborate with field leadership to plan work, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while balancing schedule and budget. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of electrical project management experience, strong leadership, superb communication, and a proven ability to drive results in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with clients and field staff.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
• Knowledge of LEAN construction principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement, equipment delivery, and workforce planning.
• Set and track goals for production, efficiency, and scope.
• Maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and project performance.
• Serve as primary client liaison with clear updates.
• Identify and manage risks; resolve issues proactively.
• Lead projects using LEAN construction practices.
• Conduct pre-construction and safety walks; ongoing site evaluations.
