Job summary

Nox Group is seeking experienced Electrical Project Superintendents to lead commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, and data center facilities in the Southwest. You will ensure safety and quality plans are strictly followed, coordinating with Safety, QA/QC, and project teams to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership of project teams, strong organizational and communication skills, and OSHA-30 certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience leading project teams and achieving goals.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA-30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate safety and quality plans align with project requirements and are implemented throughout the project duration.
• Maintain site safety and coordinate with Safety team to align with company and industry standards.
• Support Foreman and Field Superintendents to ensure their responsibilities are met.
• Ensure the quality of all site production with QA/QC collaboration to develop execution plans.
• Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating requirements, constraints and opportunities.
• Mentor Field Superintendents and Foreman by guiding and holding them accountable.
• Build rapport with customers through integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
