Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules.
• Assist with bid and project schedule development and implementation.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, relationships, and constraints.
• Identify potential delays and schedule impacts proactively.
• Review and qualify General Contractor schedule submissions.
• Create and modify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Review schedule content and prepare comparison schedule reports.
• Prepare site-specific and corporate schedule reports.
• Support resource loading initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific scheduling requirements.
• Communicate project status and schedule impacts to Site Project Management and Corporate Management.
• Coordinate with project partners to support timely completion of project scope.
